FEES / INSURANCE
Insurance
We are in network with many insurance companies. Please review our headway page to see if we are considered "in-network" for you. If your plan requires that you pay a copay or coinsurance, payment will be due on the date of service. All payments and billing are handled through Headway.
Out of Network / Private Pay
If we are not a covered provider for your insurance plan, we can supply you with a 'superbill' that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Rates
$350/hour
Initial Appointments are 60-90 minutes ($350 - $525)
Follow Up Appointments are 20 - 60 minutes ($117 - $350)
Phone calls are billed in 6 minute increments with a minimum of $35.
